To begin the Glorious Rosary, hold the rosary's crucifix/cross, and with it make the SIGN OF THE CROSS on yourself, saying:
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
While still holding the crucifix/cross, pray the 'Apostle's Creed' :
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord.
He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. |
